Hello everyone!!! I am very excited that the 2008 Bass fishing season is about to begin. It
has been a long winter and I can not wait to get my line in the water. Back in October I
fished a team tournament at Raystown Lake in Pa. with fellow Bergen Bassmasters, club
member Rich Kalanz. It was a tough day for both of us, but we had a great time. Mike
Iaconelli and Marcia Rubin were teamed up at this event and they were the team to beat.
Mike is a great guy and I was glad to finally meet him. I received my first trophy at the
Bergen Bassmasters, 2007 awards dinner for my 5th place finish at the Mohawk River
tournament. Boo Yahh!!! In March at the Rockland Fishing Expo, I met up with some friends
from Bergen Bassmasters, and may have picked up a few new sponsors. My first
tournament this year is with the WBT and I will be fishing at Lewisville Lake in TX on April
10th. Wish me luck!!! I would like to thank my sponsors for helping me pursue my dream
of competitive Bass Fishing. Without their support, none of this would be possible.
