Hi Everyone! Well 2009 is upon us, and with it brings a new year of
fishing. Last year was truly amazing. I never imagined my first year on
tour ending with me at the WBT Championship. I had a tough
championship, not my best showing by far, but I ended up in 3rd place
overall for the year. The championship was great. We fished, we
laughed, we shared, we cheered, and all of us shed a few tears when
Kim Blaine was given the 51st berth at the next Bassmasters Classic. I
felt privileged to be a part of such a historic event, and to share it with
a great group of ladies. Our first tour stop this year will be at Neely
Henry in Alabama March 26th - 28th. As some of you will recall, I
missed 1st place there by 7oz. last year. So, you all know I'm
pumped to get back there and fish it again this year!
On March 7th, I will be at the World Fishing & Outdoor Exposition in
Suffern New York helping out one of my sponsors Keitech Baits. So, if
you are coming down to the show, please stop by the Keitech booth
and say hi.
Starting in 2009, I will giving away a gift package from one of my
sponsors, to the lucky lady who becomes Lunker Girl of the month.
